We are located in Mandurah, Western Australia and our monthly parcel is shipped Australia Wide.

For custom made parcels or orders within our Core Range, we can hand deliver within the 6210 postcode only with 48 hours notice. Alternatively, parcels can be shipped to the recipient. If you think it might arrive before you want them to open it, let us know and we can place an “Open on this date” card with your parcel. 

WHERE AND WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?
All of our current monthly parcels are shipped. Allowances can be made for core range parcels with hand delivery within the 6210 area only and a minimum of 48 hours notice is required.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PARCEL?
All of our monthly parcels are shipped the first week of each month. You are charged on the 1st and shipping occurs from the 2nd onwards. For example, if you order a monthly parcel subscription on the 22nd of July, your first parcel delivery will be the first week of August. We use third-party delivery services so shipping times vary according to their policies.

 

WHAT IF NOBODY IS HOME WHEN MY PETAL PARCEL IS DELIVERED?
We’ll make sure your Petal Parcel is left in a secure location at the address you provide if the person is not home. For shipped parcels, we currently use Sendle or Australia Post and they will leave the parcel by the door if it is safe to do so or leave a collection card as per normal postage services.

 

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL OR POSTPONE  MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?
Not a problem! Simply email us before the 15th of the month whether you want to cancel or postpone your subscription and well ensure you’re not charged on the next delivery.
